Requirements:

– From 2 to 4 years of Experience.
– Bachelor degree of Computer Science is Preferred.
– Basic knowledge of Network and Troubleshooting.
– Experience in Windows Troubleshooting & client support.
– Have a knowledge of MDM.
– Have a knowledge of CRM.
– call center systems back ground is Preferred.
– Good communication skills.
