About the Job
- Plan advertising and promotional on ground campaign strategies to create the interest among potential buyers .
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
- Select and train the promotions, and marketing staff ( Promotion Representatives and Promotions Supervisors) who meet the Key Opinion Leaders to provide marketing advice.
- Manage and oversee the promotions, and marketing staff daily visit reports to analyze market needs and competition.
- Monitor and track brand market share and performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the daily on ground campaign activities as well as handle
- Direct programs that combine advertising with purchasing incentives to increase sales , using programs .such as special events to target customers. Purchasing incentives may include, samples, gifts, etc.
Job Requirements
10 to 15 years of Experience in Sales and Marketing.
Excellent communication and Leadership skills
Publishing / Pharmaceutical background is a must.
Flexible.
Excellent Negotiation Skills.
