4. Support for Content Operations for specific projects or platforms

5. Support/Implementation for future applications used in projects like Learning Curves, future software used in projects.

6. Support for data handling/process related tasks for project managers

1. Business process design and understanding, measure process performance

2. Digital skills, fluent in MS Office, Google Sheets and other small to medium online software such as Project Management, Process Design, CRM

3. High proficiency in communication skills – verbal, presentations, demonstrations and email communication

4. Fast typing skills (above 55 wpm in English and 40 wpm in Arabic)

5. Experience with L&D activities is a plus

6. 5-7 years of experience

7- Fluent in English and Arabic. (French will be a plus)
