Responsibilities:
• Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans.
• Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal
• risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees
• Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet the all personnel information needs.
• Maintain all personnel files.
• Oversee performance evaluation procedures.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
