Reception Admin

Job description

• Greeting and receiving visitors to the offices between 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., making sure to sign them
• In the guest book and informing the employee concerned about their arrival Order or connect the callers to the direct voice mail personnel
• Training all new employees to operate the phone system, as part of the new employees
• Induction process and take a proactive approach to properly ensure existing employees Trained to take full advantage of the system.
• Arrange the visitor schedule with the sales manager
• Review and update on a regular basis the telephone contact lists and extension of employees.
• Monitor and ensure that the reception area is arranged and that the projects are like work picture.
Requirements:
• Bachelors of business
• Experience 1 year to 2 years
• Good Communication
• Good Soft Skills
