1. Assist in recruitment process, prepare announcement, filter CVs and arrange interviews;
2. Process new employees’ social insurance, employees’ termination, leave of absence and other personnel actions;
3. Participate in the performance evaluation process;
4. Provide support for HR Department and other departments.
1. Fluent in English;
2. BA or postgraduate in law, HR or other relevant majors;
3. Minimum of 1 year’ related working experience;
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. Able to to work in Minia;
8. Working experience in international company is preferred.
