HR supervisor is neded at Sinoma CDI international co. LtdAbout the Job:
1. Supervise all HR daily operations.
2. coordinate all payroll issues with the finance department.
3. Responsible for dealing with the labor office and creating Employees insurance files
4. Ensure compliance with governmental laws on social insurance.
5. Fully aware of labor law and social insurance regulations
6. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
7. Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
8. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Job Requirements
. Can work outside Cairo.
. Working as personal
. Have experience for foreigners visas and work permit.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of technical OD knowledge.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Problem solving skills
