-Salary survey analysis
-PA process and analysis
-Recruiting all vacant posts
-Reviews and approves the yearly training plan and budget including vocational and soft skills training.
-Establishes the HR & Personnel Operational Policies and Procedures manuals ensuring total compliance by all company employees.
-HR certificate (preferably)
-Min 5 years as practical experience in all HR functions in reputable org.
-Excellent MS office
-High presentation and communication skills
-Strong writing skills
