Requirements:
-Minimum 6 years experience in Comp. & Ben.
-Extensive experience with different HR Systems
-Experience in handling Payroll
-Experience in creating Comp. & Ben. schemes
-Experience in Salary structures and grading
-Experience in Handling all Employee benefits: Cash & non Cash
-Experience in doing Budgeting and Analysis
-Experience in handling Bonus Exercise
-Fluent English written/spoken
-Excellent Excel skills
