About the Job

Being a contact person between Customers and all company departments
Follow up with regular customers on receiving orders before the monthly cut-off date
Place orders in SAP
Issue perform invoices and send it to each customer
Follow up with factory production, loading schedule, and keep customers updated
Manage any deviation that happens between order, actual production and loading in co-ordination between factory, logistics, and customers.
Internal communication with the related departments (production – purchasing – marketing)
Get the confirmation on the production and shipping date.
Ensure that any change in the original order is communicated and get the approval from the customer and production before taking any action.
Following up with procurement, production and inventory to guarantee customer convenience.
Follow up with customers on receiving the payment in the right timing
Follow up with logistics affecting the shipment in the right timing and according to customer instruction.
Follow up with logistics the issuance of shipping documents in the right way as per customer needs.
Handle any further needs from the customer upon consignment arrival at destination port for covering customs and/or health requirements
Send customer satisfaction forms to all customers
Prepare progress logs for Export Supervisor
Attend production planning meeting and follow up on required points
Communicate with R&D dep on new BOM

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
English language and computer skills (Word, excel , Power Point) are essential for this position
0-3 years of Experience.
Sales support previous experience is a plus.
