Senior Sales Engineer

About the Job
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
  • Plan or modify products and proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services to meet customer needs
  • Recommend improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
  • Help in researching and developing new products
  • visit potential clients
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Preparing reports for Top management
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Solving client problems
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
  • Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
  • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of product or service applications in customer environment
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or a related field
  • Males only
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experienced technical sales engineers no less than 7 years
  • Presentation Skills verbal and written,
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communication Skills
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge
  • Have a good technical background in Concrete or Construction Chemicals additives industries
  • Laboratory equipment operation experience
  • Initiative and attention to detail, through independent research

About the Job
  • Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks.
  • Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues and update database
  • Establish and update regularly work priorities and fulfill routine tasking by supervisor.
  • Coordinates with unit managers and co-workers to assure that procedures are accurate
  • Develop reports showing transportation costs
  • Monitor entire process of shipments and documentations
  • Plan and track the shipments of final products according to customer requirements
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Administer all export sales processes
  • Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
  • Execute export functions such as order confirming, order summarizing and following up with Production Planning
  • Communicate customers as well as maintain solid and professional relationship
  • Expand and develop overseas markets
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-5 years of professional work experience in a similar post
  • Industry experience is preferably
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
  • Well- organized analytical and quick problem solvers.
  • Strong presentation skills and positive attitude
