HR Specialist is needed for Smart Company Group.

Job Descriptions:

· Perform Recruitment and selection process.

· Maintain employment records, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.

· Ensure that payroll is calculated correctly and transferred correctly to employee’s accounts.

· Investigate and deal with all employees queries received from different departments.

· Record data of each employee, including, eligibility, salaries, benefits and other pertinent information.

· Collect overtime and banking hour’s data from other departments, review and make necessary calculations.

· Manages employee vacation balances, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or unpaid leaves in accordance to the labor law.

· Maintain updated Job Descriptions for all levels.

· Provide monthly HR reports on changes in benefits and monthly Headcount turn over report.

· Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, performance appraisals.

Job Requirements:

· 1- 3 years experience.

· Bachelor Degree.

· Excellent using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Excellent communication &negotiation skills.

· Job Location #Heliopolis.
