AL SAFY Group is hiring Administration Manager,
AL SAFY has more than 130 Retail Shop, 11250 POS, and 19 Operation Office.
– Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
– Managing administration team and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
– Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons.
– Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
– Supply and maintain office furniture, stationery, consumables, and others.
– Responsible for company premises.
– Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
– Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Requirements
– At Least 15 years’ experience in the same role.
– In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
– Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
– An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– A team player with leadership skills
