Job Requirement:
– Making quotations for spare parts
– Respond to customer calls, inquiries and complaints
– Guide technicians to solve customer problems
– Making work orders for management
– Supervise the implementation of the work orders of the administration, from the issuance to delivery and installation to the client.
– Work to satisfy the work and gain confidence through dealing with departments.
