Responsible for the implementation/execution of best practices construction techniques to deliver a high quality investment facility to our customers while maintaining diligent oversight in the areas of OIMS/Safety/Controls.

To manage execution of M&R activities through outside contractors.

Manage M&R programs (OIMS/Safety/Controls/ Quality)

Develop/steward project budgets

Participate in project planning/permitting as required

Maintain customer interface/communications

Implement/feedback best practices construction techniques

Manage execution of M&R activities within designated area within agreed budget

Conduct asset verification as per EM guidelines

Perform other field engineering duties as required

Implementation of E-Manual guidelines, including RAMS cost estimates (If handling projects), milestones tracking & reporting, functional OIMS follow up for quality & accurate, efficient projects turn over process

Initiate and implement new ideas for cost reduction and better performance and quality of work

Develop contractors on both quality & SHE aspects

Sound technical skills/business judgment/ability to negotiate

Good communication skills/understanding of work processes

Thorough understanding of controls/policies (i.e. environmental)

Sound knowledge of M&R, contracting practices and construction techniques
