We are looking to hire “IT Help Desk / Support Engineer” for one of the biggest logistics companies located in El Obour City.
Job Responsibilities:
– Maintain the company Hardware
– Keep tracking of the disposable components and replace them.
– Keep tracking of system users’ activities
– Maintain the company-wide network and VPN connection
– Maintain user data backups
– Respond to IT support requests
– Handle the basic security issues
– Contribute to new installations and IT purchasing process
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Computer science or university degree.
• 1-3 years of Experience.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
