_Education: “BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field”
_Experience: “3-5 years of experience at IT field”
_Required Practical Experience:
_Good Understanding of Computer Systems, Installation, Configuration, Computer Hardware, Software, Systems, and Networks.
_Good Understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Software, and Technologies.
_ Good Understanding of Emails Protocols, and Applications.
_Good Understanding of Printers Issues “Hardware/Software”, and MS Print Server.
_Good Understanding of Using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
_Good English “Spoken/Writing”.
_Ability to Diagnose and Resolve Technical Issues, and Problems.
_Aware of Dealing with Virtualization Technologies.
_Aware of Dealing with Linux and IOS Operating Systems.
_Good Understanding of IT Documentation, and Check Lists Following-up per Scheduler
