OD Manager Consultant
Overall role purpose:
Meeting the Clients to take a full information about the assignment, Introducing organizational restructuring scenarios and restructuring plans, Job descriptions, standard operating procedures, reviewing Organization charts, Administrative codes and resolutions and relevant policies and procedural manuals and also preparing technical proposals and project planning.
Requirements :
• BSc degree in Business Administration / or any related field from a reputable University.
• Post grade studies / MBA.
• At least 10 years of experience in the same field.
• Excellent English & MS office.
• Excellent Communication, Planning & Organizing skills.
