Qualifications : * Females . * BA of Media , Marketing , Art , Commercial . * 2:5 years experience with relevant field . * Full Time. * GOOD APPERANCE . * Prefers Experience with Healthcare agencies . * Strong Knowledge with Microsoft office specially with EXCEL & Power Point . * Fluent in English spoken & writing . * Based near Heliopolis , Naser City , New Cairo .
Duties : * Assistant to Marketing Manager . * Strong Knowledge with administrations duties . * Coordinate all plans for Sales-team . * Facilitate all sales issues by Sales offers or Prepared Tenders offers . * Do some Marketing surveys analysis and Researches. * Attending already all conferences related to ours. Skills : * Customer Relationship Management . * Highly Communication Skills . * Task-orianted . * Analytical & Problem Solver skills . * Commercial awareness for the work with VIP Customers . * Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaire and reports . * Flexibility Working Hours ( Not exceed 6 pm with Normal working days ) .
