EXPORT Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
– Handling export orders shipping process from A to Z
– Arrange loading plan and schedule with warehouse and local transport agent
– Receive and create orders on company system.
– Arrange weekly conversation with customer for orders follow up.
– Keep Record for all shipment done with all details.
– Keep record of actual shipping and actual transportation cost and details.
– Arrange Air & courier shipment with the best  & Cost.
– Communicate with the different department to insure order readiness on the target time.
– Review and analyses forwarder performance & KPI.
– Following all open orders related to specific customers.


Requirements:
– 5-7 Years of Experience in same field
– Very Good Command of English Written & Spoken
– Good Negotiator & Communicator
– Proven ability to handle heavy workload and multi-tasking.
– Well organized and presentable.
– Dynamic and active personality.
