. need to real estate specialist : Experience in real estate company 3-5 years (Males) only: Job Requirements: • Achieve Agreed Targets. • Participate in preparing & executing the sales plans. • Create Leads and build the relationship with clients/investors to identify sales opportunities. • Organize and conduct interviews and communications with clients/investors, accompany buyers during visits to the projects, explaining the projects, determining customers’ needs and make all the needed efforts till closing the deals. • Attend all sales event and exhibitions as required. • Prepare the needed and updated weekly reports and database and provide it to the Business Planning and Development Manager. • Staying up to date with sales market trends and best practices. • Must have a strong clients and investors data base. • Experience in selling lands is a plus. Job details: • Job Type: Full Time (6 days/week) • Languages: Excelent Arabic and English (Comunications) • Country: Egypt • City: Giza – Sheikh Zayed City • Gender: Male Only • Experience: 3 Years. • Education: Bachelor • Salary (L.E.): 5000 + rewarding commision scheme.
