Techmart is hiring Foreign Purchasing with the below criteria : Located on ( el Sheikh Zayed ) • Perform research activities to determine a list of possible vendors • Contact each vendor and take information regarding price availability and quality of problems • Arrange meetings with vendors and confer with them in order to provide them with requirements • Confer with Merchandising manager to determine purchasing needs • Make purchase orders and have them signed from G.M • Initiate contact with vendors to check availability of needed documents • Check shipments to ensure quality and quantity of purchased items

• Monitor all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors • Handle limited inventory management activities • Handle Customs issues • Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders • Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations Job Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree • 1 to 3 years of experience • Supply chain certificate is a plus • Leadership skills • Ability to thrive under pressure • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • High attention to detail • Ability to make quick decisions • Organizational skills • Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently If you are interested send your cv on [email protected] and mention on the subject ( Foreign Purchasing )
