profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. 3.Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. 4.Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services. 5.Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staffs. 6.Assist in interviewing recruiting training performance evaluation promotion and termination activities. 7.Coordinate with General Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities. 8.Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
