Job Title: Agricultural Manager Company Activity: Paste & Juice Agricultural Company Reports to:General Manager Subordinates: Nurseries & Seeds Manager and Mechanization Manager Job Location: Sadat City headquarter + Different Locations Job Type: Full Time Job Duties and Responsibilities: • To be responsible for contracted land selection and its suitability for the industrial tomato crop cultivation. • To be responsible for selecting the best suitable seeds for the contracted areas considering seasonality and soil characteristics. • To be responsible for selecting and contracting with nurseries geographically for growing the tomato plantlets. • Following up the growth of the plantlets in the nurseries and giving recommendations for implementing the suitable fertilizer and pesticides programs and delivery to the contracted farms.

• To follow up the processing of the land for cultivation in respect to our existing agricultural machineries. • To supervise the implementation of the fertilizer and pesticides programs and to monitor the irrigation system schedule for the contracted land areas. • Will be responsible for managing the three divisions of the agricultural company: Contracting Nurseries & Seeds and the agricultural Mechanization. • Contracting with targeted agricultural companies and associations for planting of tomatoes and other needed crops for the agricultural cycle. • Travelling to the different agricultural sites for follow-up and coordination of all farming activities including planting irrigation fertilizers and pesticides programs and the harvesting process. • Coordinating the transportation of tomatoes/crop from contracted areas to the factory. • Preparing daily activity Progress Reports for each farming site as well as producing monthly quarterly and annual reports regarding the company’s work progress. • Preparing the monthly/annual budgets and business plans for planting and harvesting. Job Qualifications: -B.Sc. in Agriculture. -Previous experience with agricultural companies (7+ years). -Experience in tomato planting and/ or horticultural products in open lands and/ or green-houses. -Strong knowledge in agricultural mechanization. -Fluency in English language. -High management and negotiation skills.
