National Automotive Co. (NATCO) is hiring Payroll Specialist.
Experience Needed: 2 to 5 years
Job Description:
• Process and issue employee statements of earnings and deductions
• Record employee information, such as sick leaves, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
• Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or updates.
• Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, and send them letters containing remaining balances.
• Responsible for form 1 , 2 , 6 for all employees
• Prepare and follow up employment contracts, renew it & sign them by the employees& advice line managers with due dates of probation period. (According to Egyptian labor law).
• Develop the work performance at the department by the guarantee efficiency in performance and accuracy in implementation and good work quality.
Job Requirements:
• Preferred Male
• BSc. Of Commerce or Equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in payroll
• Good English, and good communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills is must
• Work location: 6th of October
