Description ? Plan, with the Finance Controller, the future cost of the project (update the MU Sheets).
? Open the past cost of the projects in order to have a precise information of the cost already incurred.
? Achieve cost savings and identify deviations from project plan by managing all cost control/reporting systems and procedures such conversion costs, revenues, forecast purchases of material, equipment and services, ensure that changes in cost and schedule impact of all changes are captured and re-billed to client/vendor.
? Review the costing sheets from projects prior to the contract signature.
? Evaluate project costs in coordination with accounting and finance employees and ensure that they remain within the budgetary limits.
? Coordination with and support departments to ensure timely and accurate cost data is available for preparation of cost reports.
? Prepare and update the cash flow of the company.
? Review and analyze the accounting cost of the month and recommend alternatives.
? Prepare the ongoing Projects report (and others if necessary).
? Calculate the PoC of the month
? Assist the Finance Controller in other financial tasks (especially during accounting close and budgetary preparation).

Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Finance, Commerce or equivalent. •A post graduate study in business administration or equivalent is a plus. •A strong Finance profile, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding in the areas of Project Management, Strategic Thinking and Human Resources.
