Stock Keeper & admin Assistant
– Keeping a record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store.
– Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order.
– Coordinating with the vendors, suppliers and other internal divisions of the establishment.
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Organizing and scheduling appointments
– Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
