Plant manager needed for Bakery Plant at AlObour City
Responsibilities
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resources requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Determining quality control standards
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Supervising the work of production Engineers and staff.
• Ensure stock rotation and stock planning
• Monitor daily reports from each subordinate to ensure smooth working.
• Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Reviewing worker performance.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in same position.
• Prefer background at F.M.C.G.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills .and able to communicate with all levels of the business.
• High tolerance for stress and ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making under pressure.
