A Plant Manager is needed for a well-known company in Obour city to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
Job description:
-Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
-Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
– Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
– Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
-Commit to plant safety procedures.
– Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
– Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical.
-5+ years’ plant operations experience.
-Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants
– Able to explain training material to our operating staff.
– Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Gender: Males only.
