An Educational Institution is looking for a female Customer relations Specialist to work in their premises in new Cairo 5th settlement Job Description:
– Communicating courteously with parents and advice about systems, schedules, curriculum and all Admission process
– Handling customer complaints and feedbacks and following up on solving and closing them.
-Handling entrance and dismissal for students before and after their classes
– Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with parents
– Handling Facebook page
– Handling all external communications of the place
Qualifications
– 1+ year experienced in Customer Service / Admin preferably schools, nurseries or educational institutions.
– Negotiation and conflict resolution skills -To be veiled is a must
