A leading Market chain company (Awlad Ragab) located in Nasr City is seeking the following position:-
Job title: CEO Office Manager
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative and clerical support for the office of the Managing Director.
– Manage and maintain the CEO’s diary and email account.
– Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
– Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
– Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
– Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
– Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
– Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
– Prepare correspondence and assist in preparing presentations and spreadsheets.
– Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
– Monitors the performance of the office devices, stationary to spot any problem with any of the devices and issue a maintenance or purchasing order to our suppliers if needed.
– Following up pending subjects & report the feedback independently.
Requirements:
– 2-3 years of exp. in the same field.
– Gender: Male.
– Fluent English language.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent Computer skills (MS Office).
– Salary: Negotiable.
