Training Specialist

Training Specialist:
To participate in the process of designing and developing the instructional
materials, and learning strategies, for new hires and current employees to
provide them with the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to carry
out work related tasks. He/she will be mainly responsible for the following:
Design and develop the training materials in a variety of formats
including print, graphics, audio, video, and multimedia as well as
presentations, trainer guides, and participants hand out to conduct
effective training/on the job training sessions
Review training materials and deliverables for content accuracy and
effectiveness
Design quizzes and meaningful course interactions to increase learning
and retention
Analyze learning aims and objectives and work with the concerned parties
to design effective training materials
Assess instructor performance on request and recommend techniques to
enhance their effectiveness
Ensure that all materials are consistent and aligned with learning
objectives
Design and updated the on-the-job training materials on regular basis to
reflect any changes in the workflow
Ensure that the on-the-job training sessions are conducted according to
the required standards to achieve the required objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
At least 1 year related experience
HR Certificate is a plus
Very good computer skills
Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
