A well-known pharmaceutical company is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer.
Job Duties would include but not limited to:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners.
• Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems and Identify user needs.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Maintaining records of software licenses
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
• User administration (setup and maintaining account)
• Monitoring and maintaining Systems Servers
• Participating in new projects,testing and evaluating new technology.
Not less than 1 year of experience.
Microsoft certified is a must.
Linux knowledge is a plus.
