• 4+ years of business analysis, IT system analysis, client management, requirements management experience
• 2+ years experience with CITRIX product and configuration
• 2+ years experience coordinating vendor licensing agreements
• Provides consulting support to projects during the vision and strategy, architecture, and development phases
• Good technical infrastructure performance modeling and benchmarking skills
• Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Rational JAZZ requirements management tool experience
• Agile skills and experience a plus
