BUHR Manager (Grade D, level TBC)
Descriptions; Recruitment Officer (TBC), ER Officer (TBC), HR & Administrative Officer (TBC)
Develop and implement, in line with the Group HR and BU strategy, a BU HR Business Plan across the business unit that promotes long-term growth and provides professional HR support. Deliver HR Business Partner services and lead the BUs people management agenda.

Solid relationship management skills with a team orientation and track record of working across a variety of organizations
Proven people management skills with hands on approach
Strong stakeholders management skills
Knowledge of HRIS Applications
Proven people management skills with hands on approach
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines
Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email and the Internet
Minimum Bachelor Degree / HR Certification
Related Masters in HRM
Not less than 10 years overall experience in general HR management with experience in Recruitment, OD, Talent Management, C&B and ER
