Descriptions:
Lead the Manpower Planning & Recruitment Function, formulate manpower plans for effective utilization of existing human resource capacity and develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans that will ensure that the organization has the required skills to meet current and future human resource needs. In addition, support the company in the selection and recruitment of talent.
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Related Masters in HRM
Not less than 10 years overall recruitment experience for both technical and non-technical positions in the industrial, engineering or contracting sector
Labour recruitment experience for contracting sector
