Intellisc Egypt is hiring “Technical Support Specialist”
Location: Nasr City
Purpose of the Job:
To provide first and second level product support, provide remote and on-site technical consulting and training on the company products; document troubleshooting and problem solving steps; assign customer incidents to back office support engineers; monitor customer incidents to ensure that service level agreements are being satisfied.
Main Duties:
• Communicate with the IT resources of the client to explain technical requirements including web integration and equipment configuration.
• Configure and customize our platform to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Perform periodic visits to the sites to monitor the system/users behaviors and report any incident to the project team.
• Contribute in deployment in staging & Production activities
• Support Go-Live activities
• Perform the set-up and initial maintenance of the production system and advise the client’s operational staff on these tasks.
Job Requirements:
· 1-3 YOE handling enterprise software solution implementations in governmental bodies
