About the Job
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns online and/ or offline.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marketing, and messaging and audience identification.
- Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity.
- Conduct Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.
- Oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions to take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
- Supervise & Follow up with outsourcing companies
- Any other duties as assigned from direct Manager
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (Online & Offline).
- Marketing Diploma- Preferred
- Must have experience in Real-estate at least one year
- Highly communication skills & attention to detail.
- Very good in written and verbal English language.
