Location: El-Mohandeseen
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree
o 1+ Years of working experience in similar/related field(s)
o Good in English Speaking/Reading/Writing
o Excellent in writing technical documentations using MS Word
o Organized, detailed oriented and Multitasking
o Able to follow up and audit other persons and activities to achieve targets
o Excellent communication skills, ability to handle complex situations and work with different teams
Responsibilities:
o Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
o Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
o Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
o Setting up accounts for new users
o Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
oTesting new technology
o Possibly training more junior staff members
o Following up on different operations functions inside IT department to ensure the execution of the IT operation plan
o Audit and review running IT services
o Performing level 1 support for IT activities
