IT Help Desk Specialist, urgently required for a real estate company located in 5th settlement

Key Duties:

1. Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands

2. Manage daily operations of the IT department

3. Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction

4. Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors

5. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use

6. Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department

7. Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – Bachelor of information technology or computer science is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software

• Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues

• Strong communication skills

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

2-4 years of experience
