— Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Conduct orientation programs for new employees
• Maintain management information systems
• Review and answer correspondence
• Provide secretarial or executive services for committees
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
• Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
• Managing and maintaining office budgets, as well as invoicing.
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
• Projects Documents control.
• Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.

— Job Requirements and Qualifications :

¥ 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment;
¥ Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
¥ Professional appearance and manner;
¥ Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments
¥ High-level of efficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and additional database management programs; and
¥ Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
