•Implement moderation policies, by reviewing and (pre or post) moderating all user-generated content (textual or visual or audio) within a list of platforms (forums, mobile applications, websites, social media, YouTube, …) using different moderation systems
•Using different moderation systems to manage banned user process, by banning, tracking, and remove previously banned users
•Monitor, analyze, review, and report on:
•Moderation systems stability and efficiency that affects day to day operation
•Suggested features for Moderation systems
•Effectiveness of moderation policy
•Content issues flagged to Editorial Team
•Content sentiment flagged to Social media
•Internal operation reports
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree/Fresh graduates
Lived in Saudi or/and any GCC country and fully understand the cultural sensitivity
Good knowledge of MS office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint-Outlook)
Fluent and excellent command in Arabic/English and its dialects
Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Photo Uploads, Commenting etc.)
Ability to effectively communicate information and report statistics
Team player, detail focused and reliable
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Availability to work days, evening, nights, as well as weekends as and when required
