Personnel Specialist at Otlob Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the onboarding process of new comers starting from greeting them, receiving their hiring documents, updating the database, giving them a company tour, registering their fingerprint to the finger print machine and giving them the needed instructions to open a bank account with Jumia’s payroll bank.
• Coordinate medical insurance issues with the medical insurance provider.

• Organize the filing system and comparing hard copy files with the soft database in an ongoing manner.
• Managing social forms (1,2 & 6) and labor office procedures.
• Managing resignation procedures (updating database with leavers’ end date + preparing all resignation documents that need to signed by leavers + coordinating with IT on delivery of employees’ IT equipment + receiving medical cards from leavers + handing them their hiring documents)
• Handle communication with bank managing payroll regarding employees’ bank accounts/ debit & credit cards/ loans.
• Review daily attendance.
• Track probation period.
• Managing personnel daily requests (HR Letter, Employment Experience letters, Vacation records and vacation forms submission)

Needed qualifications:

• Bachelor degree (any major).
• Proficient user of excel
• 2-3 years’ experience in personnel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain accuracy despite repetitive nature of the work
• Ability to think out of the box
