Area Sales Manager (FMCG) Vacancy
Job Description
Achieve annual sales plan for the assigned area
Develop new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution within the assigned area
Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area through creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
Review and analyze sales reports
Follow-up on subordinates’ targets, monthly progress, performance appraisal
Handle collections from customers on credit.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a relevant degree
3years of experience preferably in Sales within the Food & Beverage industry
A good understanding of trade marketing and distribution models
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
Reporting skills
Proven customer relationship management strongly preferred
Good command of sales tools & technology
Excellent command of English both spoken and written
Ability to relocate
