EgyptNetwork is looking to hire Legal Consultant to EgyptNetwork; Job description is as following:
Job Title: Legal Consultant
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Excellent experience in employee’s legal cases.
• Good Knowledge with NGO’s Regulation & Procedures
• Good Knowledge with the Egyptian Labor Law 2003
• Extensive knowledge of law and its applications to cases
• Advise the organization on entering the business contracts and its relevant obligations, Make them understand the repercussions of violating the laws
• Draft the various documents such contracts, wills, property transfer or payments papers as per the client’s requirements
• Advise the client on taking legal action against the offending parties in case of violation of contracts
• Represent the organization while formulating the rules and laws of transacting businesses
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience as practice lawyer.
Education: Bachelor degree in law
Location: Mansoura, Egypt.
