About the Job
Experience in technical support and computer networks to work Outdoor as a technical support
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls
Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Assist in the roll-out of new applications
Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a same position
Good command of both written and spoken English
Network+ and/or CCNA certification is a plus
Deep knowledge of Windows Operating System, knowledge of hard desk management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Network Management Software, Remote Control Software, LAN–IM, Ethernet cabling and cabling equipment is preferable
