Tour Operator required (preferred background on hotel online system)
For A company located In Mohandseen Area
Responsible for:
• Promote and sell holiday and/or business travel products to customers;
• Deal with complicated customers itineraries;
• Handle customer orders and payments;
• Handle enquiries and bookings from agents.
• Advise clients about different information related to travel services.
• Deal with complaints.
• Liaise with other travel agencies and other key partners such as hotels regarding bookings;
• Working with account to ensure that proper invoicing is done.
• Sending out vouchers and pre-departure info for all confirmed bookings.
