Job position: Customer Service Representative in CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Field.

Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in CUSTOMS CLEARANCE field is a MUST.
Location: Must be a resident of ALEXANDRIA.
Job status: URGENT
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries
-Process orders, forms, applications and requests
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
-Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Skills and Qualifications:
-Good command of English language.
-Ability to work under stress
-Patience
-Attentiveness
-Clear Communication Skills
-Thorough Knowledge in Customs Clearance field.
