Job Title : Entrepreneurship Support Coordinator
Division : Business and Entrepreneurship Support Department
Reports to : Department Manager
Main Areas of Responsibility :
Assist in projects like the IP support and startup support program includes writing the project voucher, TOR, and RFP.
Act as a focal point from business perspective to a number of TIEC offered services to support and facilitate entrepreneurship.
Prepare websites and portals’ entrepreneurship support contents.
Maintain TIEC’s entrepreneurship platform.
Developing and maintaining business and entrepreneurship support department’s processes, procedures, critical success factors and key performance indicators.
Help in preparing all TIEC Start- up support publications and materials.
Share in the development of Start- up support services.
Coordinating projects, events, and campaigns for promotion, celebration, and awareness of startup support programs as well as B2B and networking events.
Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the department manager.
Interpersonal Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
0-5 years professional experience.
Excellent IT and computer knowledge.
Good knowledge of entrepreneurship principles and practices.
Entrepreneurial background is highly preferable.
Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal).
Very good command of English and Arabic languages.
Very good planning, organization, and coordination skills.
Interpersonal team player skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Ability to take responsibility and deliver results with a minimum of instruction and oversight.
Ability to work cooperatively with a large group of people from different functional organizations.
Ability to train and develop subordinates to independently manage their personal responsibilities.
Skill in performing detailed and complex research using the Internet and unconventional.

The contract is renewed on a yearly basis based on performance evaluation.
