Job Description:
• Client Relationship Management:
o Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization
o Build and maintain relationship with client staff and key decision makers to pave the way for potential expansion of services / sales of other medical modules
o Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
o Serve as a first point of contact with the client in case of any complaints / additional requirements / potential sales
• Indirect Channel / Partner Development and Management
o Identify relevant partners and develop agreements with distributors and sales partners to expand our reach
o Manage targets and performance of partners and oversee all interactions with them end-to-end
• Trade Shows and Presentations
o Present the products to clients through direct meeting and as part of conferences, etc….
o Represent the company in trade shows and conventions
• Medical Software Implementation Project Management
o Coordinate between the technical team and the client (medical institution) to ensure successful implementation and training of the respective client staff to use our software
• Market Research
o Keep well informed of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor in Pharmacy / Medicine / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering
• 1- 2 years of experience in a sales position in the medical / pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent social and conversational skills
• Excellent computer / Microsoft skills
• Fluent in English
• Result oriented and able to work independently
• More importantly: Creative and entrepreneurial
